涮涮鍋在台灣可以說相當風行,各種大大小小的規模,隨處可見,甚至還有24小時。有時我有種錯覺,涮涮鍋跟便利商店之間是有競爭情結嗎?
The Shabu-Shabu is quite popular in Taiwan. You can see the various size of the shops everywhere, even 24 hours opened. Sometimes I have the illusion that there is a competition between Shabu-Shabu and 24hrs convenient store
Look at the Shabu-Shabu I have, Japanese amberjack, scallops, oysters, peony shrimp, and king crab legs, put those fresh and rich seafood into the pot makes the soup super delicious. After finishing the hot pot, you can also add udon noodles or rice to make zousui, which is another kind of delicious food that Japanese always eat after Shabu-Shabu.
瞧瞧這鍋,鰤魚、干貝、牡蠣、牡丹蝦、帝王蟹腳,新鮮豐富的海鮮食材下鍋後,湯的味道超級鮮美。吃完火鍋還可以加入烏龍麵或飯,做成雜炊,又是另一種美味。
