親愛的朋友們，今天和家人來到古拉爵義式屋，在板橋大遠百的9F。
古拉爵是一間平價的義大利餐廳，在全省有20幾家分店，很適合朋友聚餐，或是平常懶得煮飯的時候，給自己一點小小享受。（其實就是價格不貴，所以偷懶不煮飯也不會太有罪惡感的藉口啦！）

Hi, dear friends, today I will introduce an Italian restaurant with reasonable price.
Cafe Grazie has almost 30 branches in Taiwan. The one we eat today is in the Mega City Mall in Banqiao. It’s great for friends to dine together. Or you can give yourself a small enjoyment when you are too lazy to cook sometimes because it’s not too expensive to feel guilty.

不要看古拉爵價格親民，裝潢可一點都沒有因此而馬虎。
一入門口，就可以看到開放式的吧台，飲料和甜點都在這邊製作，看起來蠻乾淨的，吃起來也放心。

You can see the open bar close to the entrance. The drink and desserts are made here. It looks clean so that you can enjoy your meal comfortably.

門口右手邊有個洋酒展示牆，看起來馬上高級許多，既有裝飾的效果，又有儲藏展示的功能，一舉兩得。

There is a wine display wall at the right-hand side of the entrance which makes the restaurant looks higher quality at once. It’s functioned as storing and displaying. Just like killing two birds with one stone.

餐廳裝潢以深色調為主，華麗的歐式風格，亮晶晶的水晶燈當然少不了啦！
古拉爵在9F，這個高度望出去景觀剛剛好，我們剛好坐在靠窗邊，夜景還蠻漂亮的，美景伴美食，大大加分。
想泡妞的男孩子們，坐在這裏吃飯還挺浪漫的，這可是別間古拉爵不一定有的景觀喲～ !

Cafe Grazie is decorated with dark tones, gorgeous and lazy European style. Sparkling crystal lamps are indispensable, of course.
The restaurant is on the 9th floor. We sit by the window. It’s good to have a beautiful night scene with fine food.
It’s romantic to date with your girlfriend here where you may not have the view in other branches.

❤️ 餐點 Food ❤️

古拉爵有時間限制，只有2個小時用餐時間，所以可別一直顧著聊天忘了點餐喔！
除了單點之外，還有單人套餐雙人套餐和好幾種派對套餐，適合三五好友一同共享歡聚。
我們這次四個人去，Teresa家人都不是大胃王，所以決定點羅馬饗宴三人套餐試試，不夠再單點。
三人套餐有16道可以選（包含甜點飲料），只要＄1380，
包含開胃菜、前菜、湯品、主菜、甜品、飲料，可以一次嘗試到多種口味，開心～
每一道菜都有照片可以看，不用看著菜名不知所措或胡亂猜，
menu上還標示了熱量，方便愛漂亮的小妞或重視健康的老人家參考，超貼心的啦～
（是在說我嗎？呵呵！我當然要歸類為愛漂亮的小妞啊！）

There is a time limit for two hours. Don’t keep on chatting and forget to order.
Except for order one by one, there are single people set meal, double people set meal and several set meals for a party, suitable for 3~5 friends to share together.
Four of my family all have a small stomach. So we decide to order three people set meal.
You can choose sixteen dishes for three people set meal for only NT$1380, including appetizer, soup, classic course, main course, dessert, and drink.
You can watch photos on menu for reference. They also mark the calorie for every dishes which is considerate for who cares about health and body shape.

開胃菜可以7選3
我出去吃套餐，都會盡量避開油炸物。
通常開胃菜都會盡量以蔬菜沙拉優先，畢竟主菜一定都是肉食為主，點些蔬菜平衡一下比較健康。
（咦？滿口營養經這個症頭好像是初老症狀之一喔！露餡了～）

You can choose three appetizers from seven.
I usually avoid fried dishes when I eat set meal. Normally I will order a salad for the appetizer to balance the nutrition because the main course must be meat base.
(Ooops! Now you know Teresa is not a young people because normally the old style people will consider balance nutrition all the time.)

凱薩沙拉 Caesar Salad

凱薩沙拉是所有料理裡面最多蔬菜的，所以當然必點啦！
這道沙拉，到處都吃得到，好不好吃就看生菜是否新鮮，今天吃的凱薩沙拉顯然輕鬆過關啦！
不過凱薩沙拉上面要撒起司粉比較好吃，他們的凱薩沙拉卻沒有，有點美中不足

Caesar salad is a must order because it contains more vegetables.
You can eat Caesar salad everywhere, whether it’s delicious or not depends on if the lettuce is fresh. The salad we eat today passes the test easily.
But it’s not good enough because they don’t spread parmesan cheese on it.

豬肉蘋果胡麻沙拉 Pork & Apple Salad

這道沙拉好好吃啊！
豬肉很嫩，一點也不老，配上適量的胡麻醬和生菜，淡淡的胡麻香，吃起來非常清爽。
蘋果的角色比較尷尬，在這道料理裡面可有可無。
勉強幫蘋果找個位置，應該可以視為視覺上的點綴，以及加點水果有益健康啦！（聽起來好勉強）
除此之外，這道沙拉最大的缺點就是份量太少啦！
三人套餐的份量應該是足夠三個人吃，可是這盤沙拉大概一人一口就沒有囉！

This salad is so delicious!
The pork slices are tender. It tastes refreshing to eat with lettuce and sesame sauce.
The apple is not necessary for this dish which doesn’t mix with other materials well.
The most weakness of the dish is that it’s too small. Everyone can only have one bite.

起司鑲蛋佐佛卡夏 Gorgonzola Cheese Gratin with Focaccia

附上的那杯醬，有濃濃的起司和白醬，裡面還吃得到切碎的水煮蛋，吃起來感覺很有料！

The sauce was thick with cheese and white sauce, and the chopped boiled eggs were delicious.

我的吃法是把佛卡夏戳個洞，然後把醬塞進去，這樣就可以平均的吃到這些醬囉！
我是不是好聰明？還是大家都是這樣吃的？
懶得搞這麼多的人，就直接沾著吃囉！
這道前菜呢，醬調得蠻好吃的，可是佛卡夏的皮有點厚，麵粉味太重，有點可惜！

I will make a hole of Focaccia, then put the sauce into the hole so that you can eat the sauce for every bite.
Am I smart? Or everybody eats like this?
I think the sauce is really good. But it’s too bad that the Focaccia skin is too thick.

湯品可以6選3，清湯類自然是比濃湯的熱量低，不過濃湯真的比較香啦！
古拉爵提供的湯品濃湯和清湯都有，大家可以依不同考量有彈性的選擇。

You can choose three soups from six. They provide both broth and puree that you can choose as you want.

酥皮玉米濃湯 Corn Pottage with Puff Pastry

Teresa很喜歡喝酥皮濃湯，雖然知道熱量很高，但是有時照顧自己的胃和心情也是很重要的啦！所以看到酥皮玉米濃湯，立馬列入第一選項。
長毛爸一向體貼入微，酥皮濃湯一上桌，長毛爸就馬上幫忙將上面的酥皮戳一戳泡入湯裡。
問題是…… 人家習慣一邊喝湯和一邊吃酥皮啦！這樣喝湯的時候，酥皮還能保持酥酥的口感。
今天只好喝已經泡了酥皮的湯囉！
結果…….. 這間店的玉米濃湯，真的不適合將酥皮泡到湯裡啊！
原本湯就很濃了，而且明顯偏甜，再泡入變軟的酥皮，變成一坨一坨的超濃玉米糊，好～噁！
不過長毛爸也是一番好意，男人的體貼一定要懂得珍惜的啦！
（姊姊說的要認真聽喔！）

Teresa loves this soup a lot. I know it’s high calorie. But it’s also important to care about stomach and feeling sometimes.
My husband Mike is always considerate. So he puts the pastry into soup immediately when the soup is served.
Actually, I prefer to eat the pastry separately. Especially the corn pottage is too sweet, so it tastes not good to put the pastry into soup.
However, Mike did this for good intention, it’s important to cherish the man’s thoughtfulness. Believe me!

蛤肉巧達湯 Clam Chowder

Teresa在美國讀書時開始愛上喝巧達湯，回台灣後比較少喝了。
這裏的巧達湯比較沒有在美國時喝的那麼濃，不過味道還是不錯的。
可惜的是，裡面吃不到什麼蛤蠣肉，跟菜單上面的照片有很多蛤蠣差距很大啊！

Teresa was in love with Clam Chowder when I studied in the states. I don’t have many chances to drink it after I come back to Taiwan because there is too much delicious food in Taiwan.
It’s not as rich as what I had in the US, but it’s still delicious.
Unfortunately, you can hardly eat the clam meat in this soup. It’s quite different from the photo on the menu.

匈牙利牛肉湯 Goulash Soup

牛肉湯是幫長毛爸叫的，不過長毛爸說不好喝。我喝了一口，的確有點淡而無味。

I order this for Mike because he prefers broth. But he doesn’t like it because it’s tasteless and insipid.

經典料理只能選1樣，可是好多道我都想吃，好難選喔！
這一定是古拉爵誘惑我再上門光顧的陰謀！（也太陰謀論了吧？）

You can only choose one classic course. It’s too hard to choose since they all look delicious.
I doubt reasonably that it’s the temptation so that we will visit again.

香草奶油烤田螺 Baked Escargot

最後選了烤田螺，真的很難抗拒烤田螺的誘惑啊！
烤田螺很多餐廳都有，可是常常吃到烤過頭肉太硬，得碰點運氣。
今天吃到的田螺烤得剛剛好，肉質不會過硬，奶油烤得很香，好吃～

We choose Baked Escargot finally because it’s too hard to resist it.
This dish is so easy to bake too much. It’s so lucky that the Baked Escargot meat we have is not too stiff. It tastes excellent with butter.

主菜有24項可以選，有這麼多選擇，感覺很過癮啊！
當天大家都不想吃Pizza，所以先篩選掉Pizza。改天有機會跟朋友來，再試試他們的Pizza。
長毛爸不喜歡吃義大利麵，所以選項以燉飯優先。最後叫了兩個燉飯和一個義大利麵。

There are twenty-four main courses to choose from. All of us don’t want to eat pizza today. Maybe I can try later with friends.
We choose two Risottos and one spaghetti.

松露風乳酪鮮蝦蛤蠣義大利麵 Truffle Cheese Spaghetti with Clam & Shrimp

料理上桌，麵上面灑了一些黑松露，要拌進去麵裡面提味。
這道料理味道處理得剛剛好，乳酪味不會太重，加上蛤蠣和蝦的鮮味，非常美味！推～

Dishes on the table! They season with some truffle on the surface. You should stir them in the noodle.
The spaghetti tastes perfect. The flavor of cheese is not too heavy to cover the seafood flavor of clam and shrimp.
I will recommend it if you come here.

松露風野菇起司燉飯 Risotto with Mushroom & Truffle Sauce

這道料理。。。。長得實在是其貌不揚啊！（這種形容詞好像不是拿來形容餐點的吧？）
怎麼覺得跟菜單上的照片差距有點大呢？但是但是。。。。其實意外的好吃呀！
如果不考慮擺盤等因素的話，這道主菜是今天我最推薦的。

This Risotto looks not delicious which totally different from the photo on the menu. Unexpectedly it’s actually very delicious.
If you don’t consider the decoration of the dish, it’s my favorite main course today.

番紅花海鮮燉飯 Saffron Flavour Risotto with Seafood

這道料理調味很不錯，可以吃到香料的香味，濃淡剛剛好。但是長毛爸吃了一口就說海鮮不新鮮，他不敢吃。
長毛爸對海鮮特別敏感，只要稍微有一點腥味他都吃得出來，標準極高。
其實Teresa真的吃不出這盤海鮮燉飯有不新鮮，我猜大概是魷魚有一點腥味，大家參考一下囉！

The seasoning is very good, you can eat the aroma of spices which is not too rich.
But Mike said the seafood is not fresh.
His especially sensitive to seafood with high standard. He can’t stand any fishy smell.
In fact, I can’t tell the seafood stew is not fresh. I guess it is squid smells fishy a little bit.

❤️ 甜點 Dessert ❤️

甜點飲料可以選擇6樣，沒有限定要幾樣甜點幾樣飲料，這樣還挺好的，可以依自己的喜好彈性選擇。
古拉爵的甜點看起來比飲料精彩，所以我們選了4樣甜點2杯飲料。
但是主菜還沒吃完大家都已經飽了，果然我的家人都是小鳥胃。
已經吃那麼少了，為什麼Teresa的身材還是有很大的進步空間呢？
女孩兒要煩惱的事情可真多哪！

You can choose six desserts or drink. We choose four desserts and two drink because the desserts look more special.

古拉爵霜淇淋聖代 Grazie Soft Cream Parfait with Fruit & Crumble

這道甜點我很喜歡，霜淇淋酸酸甜甜的，完全就是少女會喜歡的口味。（我還真是少女心哪！）
上面那塊酥餅，脆脆的口感，還蠻好吃的！

I like this dessert. It’s sour and sweet, definitely the flavor which girls will love it.
The cookie is crispy. It tastes good!

馬士卡芬冰淇淋鮮果杯 Homemade Mascarpone Ice Cream & Fruit Parfait

這道是乳酪冰淇淋淋上巧克力醬，底下鋪了一些酥餅，增添酥脆的口感。
吃起來沒有什麼明顯的乳酪味，跟一般的冰淇淋沒有太大的差別，不過跟酥餅一起吃口感還不錯。
旁邊那兩條是類似麵包的口感，沒什麼味道，我覺得不太好吃。
最大問題是。。。。不是鮮果杯嗎？水果咧？？？

It’s Cheese ice cream with chocolate sauce which tastes nothing special comparing to other ice creams.
There are some crunches under the ice cream. It’s good to eat ice cream with crunches to add richness of taste.
The two breadsticks are tasteless. I don’t like them.
The biggest problem is…… Isn’t it fruit parfait? Where is the fruit? It looks totally different from the picture on the menu which is full of fruits in it.

義式鮮奶酪 Panna Cotta with Crumble

這道甜點的擺盤很可愛呀！尤其是那兩顆迷你馬卡龍，粉嫩的顏色超吸睛的～
。
可惜的是，馬卡龍吃起來沒什麼香味，很普通。
奶酪上面鋪了一些酥餅和水果，增加奶酪的層次。奶酪的味道香濃滑順，搭配水果清爽可口。

This dessert looks so cute, especially the color of mini Macaron is so tender and romantic which catches my eyes.
Unfortunately, Macaron tastes very common without much aroma.
There are some fruit and crunch on pannacotta to increase the level of taste.
The pannacotta tastes smooth and rich, especially tastes fresh with fruit.

栗子南瓜乳酪蛋糕 Cheese Cake with Butternut Squash

輕乳酪加上栗子和南瓜的香氣，口感層次更豐富。這道甜點可以說是水準之上，推～
旁邊那球冰淇淋是什麼口味，已經完全沒有印象了，顯然是沒有什麼值得記憶的點。

It’s my favorite dessert at this time. Light cheese with chestnut and pumpkin aromas have a rich range of flavors. This dessert can be said to be above standard.
Is the ice cream good? Actually, I don’t remember at all. I guess it tastes normal so that I don’t even remember the flavor.

❤️ 飲料 Drink ❤️

冰繽紛水果茶 Iced Fruit Tea

雖然有水果的香氣，可是實在甜得不像話呀！
少加一些糖，應該會是不錯的飲料。

Although the fruit aroma is good, the tea is way too sweet. It will be a good drink if there is less sugar.

冰咖啡拿鐵 Iced Café Latte

長毛爸喜歡喝咖啡，所以飲料一定會有一杯咖啡是為了長毛爸點的。
因為樣子普通，所以沒有拍。（長相不夠吸引人還是有點吃虧呀！回家趕快乖乖保養～）

Mike likes coffee, so we always order coffee for him. I don’t take the picture of the ice coffee because it just looks normal.
Attractive appearance is really important in the world, same as people.

三人套餐吃下來，不需要另外加點，我們4個人都吃得很飽，
餐點的品質雖然不能跟五星級料理相比，
$1380+10%的價位有這種品質，真的可以算物美價廉了。
服務方面，上菜速度快，服務生態度親切。
除了實際餐點和菜單上的照片有些差距之外，其他沒什麼太多可以挑剔的了。
（照片與實際菜色不符，真的讓人有點想碎念～瞬間大嬸個性又跑出來啦！）

Four of us are all full with the three people set meal. Although the quality of the meal is not comparable to that of the five-star cuisine, the price NT$1380+10% can be regarded as cheap and fine for the quality.
For service, the serving speed is fast, the waiter attitude is good.
Except for the difference between the actual meal and the photos on the menu, there is nothing else to nitpick.

The relaxed environment is suitable for family or friends’ dinner.
If you want to find a place to drink and rest, the afternoon tea price is really affordable.
It’s a good place to kill time.
You can enjoy gorgeous decoration and high-rise landscape with reasonable price. it is worth recommending.

家庭聚餐或朋友聚餐，古拉爵輕鬆的環境很適合。
自己一個人想找個地方喝喝飲料休息一下，也可以來這邊坐坐喝個下午茶。

總之，是個平價適合日常打混消磨時間的好地方，價格合理還可以享受華麗裝潢和高樓景觀，CP值頗高，值得推薦。
